Participatory Democracy is the highest level of democracy which provides opportunities to participate in the political life of all actors.
Algeria is one of the countries that joined a number of international conventions on the rationalization of the political system, and the establishment of democratic principles.
It worked to integrate the principles of participatory democracy within political action rules.
For this end, the state realizes electoral reforms.

La Démocratie Participative est le plus haut niveau de la Démocratie qui nécessite de fournir des occasions de participation à la vie politique de tous les acteurs.
Ce résultat est obtenu grâce à un certain nombre de mécanismes, peut-être le plus important du système électoral; être un cadre juridique qui régit le processus de sélection des dirigeants politiques.
L'Algérie est un des pays qui ont adhéré à un nombre de conventions internationales concernant la mise en place des principes de démocratie participative, qui a travaillé à réformer le système électoral.
