The relationship between the doctor and the patient is characterized by an imbalance between its legal centers.
For that, the doctor is committed to inform the patient whatever the nature of their relationship.
This study attempts to examine the question of the scope of the doctor’s obligation to inform the patient (section I), and the responsibility arising from breaching it (section II).

La relation entre le médecin et le patient est caractérisée par un déséquilibre entre les centres juridiques de ses parties, pour cela, le médecin s’engage à dire au patient toute la vérité sur sa santé quelle que soit la nature de la relation qui existe entre eux.
Cette étude tente d'examiner la question de la portée de l'obligation du médecin d’informer le patient (section I), et la responsabilité relative à la violation de cette obligation (section II).
