This study aimed to investigate the impact of applying Balanced Scorecard on the Enterprise' s Strategy at the National Diwan of Foods for cattle east (Oum El Bouaghi).
In order to achieve this objective, a survey questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of worker’s Diwan.
It was collected and analyzed and the hypotheses were tested using SPSS statistical program.
The study concluded that there is a positive impact for the application of the Balanced Scorecard on the enterprise’s strategy at the 0.05 level of significance.

Le but de l'étude est de déterminer l'effet de l'application de la Balanced ScoreCard sur la stratégie de l'entreprise ONAB “ Office National d'Aliment de Bétail de l'Est (Oum El Bouaghi)”.
Afin d'atteindre l'objectif de l'étude un questionnaire a été conçu et distribué à un échantillon de travailleurs de l’ONAB.
Le programme statistique (SPSS) a été utilisé pour l’analyse des questionnaires et le test d’hypothèses.
L'étude a conclu qu’il existe un impact positif de l'application de la Balanced ScoreCard sur la stratégie de l'entreprise au seuil de signification de 0,05
