study reached to an important result that is spending on R & D as a ration of GDP from pasic obstacle against economic groth unless transform R & D to high value products , note that spending on R & D as a ratio of GDP (direct impact) and high - tech exports (inderct impact) did not interpret only r/ from china growth through study period , and cause belongs to that R&D spending in china still in its initial beginnings .
