Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of the application of the overall quality management in the centers of irbid vocational training which affiliated to the institution of vocational training and it's relationship with some variables such as, the gender, years of experience and age.

The sample of study consisted of C' ^) member of the members of teaching state at the centers.

Where the researchers adopted the scale of overall quality management prepared by (alalawnehj • • the results of study showed after the necessary statistical treatments the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a=*.*®) in the degree of application of principles of overall quality management in the centers of irbid vocational training in the views of it's teaching state members attributed to the gender variable, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a=*.*®) in the degree of application of principles of overall quality management in the centers at tribute for the years of experience variable, the results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a=*.<®) in the degree of application of principles of the overall quality management in the centers at rebutted to the variable of age.
