Significance of Research Question: This manuscript is valuable in the field of Quran readings, adorable in its subject and its presentation.

It amounts to an explication of the system which includes great benefits with respect to Warsh’s reading according to Shatebeya, in particular the interface of (vowel) length with softness, length with 'imālah, softness with 'imālah, or the interface of the three phonemes.

Research Plan: The research consists of two parts: Section One: This section deals with the investigation, and it consists of two topics: The first topic: It includes author profile in four points: First: His name, date of birth and upbringing.

Second: His academic standing.

Third: His works.

Fourth: His death.
