This study aims at detecting the attitudes of kindergarten’s teachers towards the training programs which are presented to them during services.

To achieve the study goal, the researcher developed a questionnaire which is formed of (4) main fields and (42) subparagraphs.

The study society consists of all the kinder gratin’s teachers who teach in the capital region in the first semester during the year 2015- 2016.

The study sample was randomly selected, and it consists of (214) kindergarten’s teachers.

The study results show that the degree of the kindergarten’s teachers’ attitudes towards the during service training programs was medium.

And its mean was (3, 54), the field number (1).

The content of the training programs, Came in the first rate and its mean was (3, 68), the fourthfield- The environment in which the training programs executes also came in the first rate with its mean (3, 68).

In the second rate, the thirds field-the trainers of the training programs came, its mean was (3, 55).

And in the third and final rate came the second field-The time of the enforcement of the training programs, its mean was (3, 44).

The results also show that there is no significant difference (α≤0.05) between the attitudes of the kindergarten’s teachers towards the during service training programs due to the qualification, and the experience.

The study recommended the importance of the participation of the teacher in choosing the time of training to suit their career and their social circumstances, in addition to the importance of giving enough time to the practical field.
