The Emirate of Hakkari, can be considered as the most prominent Kurdish Emirates in the Ottoman era and it played a great role in the developments of the politicy that passed by Kurdistan, especially in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, it is not only because of its military strength, but because it is located in a strategic area between the two contending sates Ottoman and Safavid This emirate has seen one of the biggest roles during the reign of Prince Emad Eddin the son of Yahya Beg (1634-1639A.D), which is because of his personal power and his interest in military matters, which drew the attention of the Ottoman Empire tried to take advantage of the potential in his struggle with the Safavid state Prince Emad Eddin is known in literary circles as a Kurdish figure,Prince Imaddin is a famous man in the Kurdish literary circles, this is because he is one of the leading poets of the generation in the history of Kurdish literature, but the information about him is very few and are not accurate.

Also, his personality and political role remained unknown.

Some have even complained that this character is not a prince at all This study attempts to shed light on aspects of the history of the Emirate of Hakkari and the emirate's relations with state and local powers during the reign of Prince EmadEddin.
