Internet has become a means to accomplish crimes that threaten societies of moral decadence, the most dangerous forms of these crimes are pornographic crimes affecting minors.

Algerian legislator, like many other legislators, tried to fight against these crimes, renovating an article 333 bis 1 of the Criminal Code, where he complained all possible forms of pornography and assigned the heaviest penalties .

And it reinforced the protection of minors through the ratification of the Arab Convention for the fight against communication technologycrimeswritten in Cairo on 21-12-2010
