The education reform is one of the most important driving forces for development.

Human societies revitalize their educational systems through reform in order to build an individual who is able to overcome danger, and even participate in change and innovation.

Therefore, improving education outcomes is the goal of the reforms in the educational system, and its implementation largely depends on the teacher who is the actual executor of all reform’s steps and programs, hence any effort aimed at educational reform must be based on clear perceptions of the role of the teacher and his responsibilities in the future of education, due to his vital role in the continuous upgrading of the performance of learners, which is the principal objective of any education system.
