Abstract EN

This fine letter written by Hassan Ben Ammar Alshernblali Hanafi ( 9601AH), in which he edited the sayings of Hanafis on the issue of reading and writing the Koran in Persian and the relevant rules, then he mentioned the most important issues of the rules of recitation as relating the reading of Koran Unlike the Koran of Caliphate Osman (may God be pleased with him) and leaving assimilation, stress misplaced stopping, and other small details.

Alshernblali opened his letter, as he used to, mentioning his family name, his name, his father's name and surname, and started quoting the sayings of Hanafis and what reported from Abu Hanifa.

He compiled in his letter the views of precedent Hanafi scholars and he also stated in brief the relevant views of Malikis, Shafi’is and Hambalis.

The references of the letter were a variety of the jurisprudential Hanafi books and the books of recitation and interpretation of the Koran .

Almighty God facilitated my study and the fulfillment of this letter and making it clear and introducing it, checked and verified according to the rules followed these days, to students and people interested.

This letter is verified based on three manuscripts.

It is presented in two parts, the first one contains the personal and scientific CV of the author, the title of the letter, the approach of the author to the letter and the references adopted.

The second part includes the checking and accuracy of the texts, and comments.

The first subtopic discusses the most important reasons behind the deterioration of moral values among young people.

Some of these reasons are religious, social, scientific, or economic.

The second subtopic lists the most important treatments of the deterioration of moral values among the youth from the Quran, and also from Sunnah.

Finally the conclusion lists the most important findings and recommendations.
