In the last amendment of the criminal procedure code, and in order to lighten the criminal justice, the Algerian legislator adopted criminal injunction as a substitute for public action.

Criminal injunction is a means for indictment without judgment ; it is not free of danger.

In addition; due to the fact that the criminal injunction affects the guarantees of an equitable trial, it is able to shake the very foundations of the basic principles in criminal matters
