Aims: The current study aims to at exploring children who lost both their two parents, as the researcher has discovered that orphan children suffer dissatisfaction of psychological needs and inability to hold stable positive relations with others, feeling unsafe, unstable, insufficient, and lacking self- confidence, which necessitate that the researcher designing a counseling program for satisfying those children needs Sample The study uses some procedures such as experimental sample that consists of 40 divided into 20 males and 20 females whose age (8- 10) years.

And after that uses Control sample that consists of 16 children, divided into 8 males and 8 females.

The study has been recruited in time duration from 2015-2016.

Tools; Scale of psychological needs of children (prepared by the researcher), Psychological needs program of children (prepared by the researcher, and Portrayed IQ Test (prepared by Ahmed Zaki Saleh, 1978).
