The study aimed to measuring the impact of the organizational culture on the organizational loyalty of the individuals working In the public health sector of ain defla.

It was applied on a sample of 805 individuals working of the nursery staff in the four health institution of the wilaya.

The number of valid questionnaire was about 529 which meant 65.71% from the targeted sample for the study, and 32.86% from the total population destined to the study.

The study came to the fact that it existed a bit solid organizational culture in these health institutions but an average organizational loyalty.

The results of the study revealed the existence of a positive relationship between the organizational culture and the organizational loyalty.

This link is consolidated by various aspects such as support and stimulation, discipline, creation and innovation, hospital objectives and finally the aspect of respect and consideration towards the individuals.

However, the aspect of group work was not confirmed.

We recommended the necessity to study the weaknesses deeply and to bring about adequate improvements such as to widespread a very clear organizational culture amongst the members of the organization through the involvement of all of them.

In addition to this, the conception of a guide specific to the organization with its own slogan and culture
