Abstract EN

The study deals with the life of the caliph al-Ta'ee 'to Allaah,in terms of his parentage and his son and attributes.It also referred to his Oath of allegiance succession,The study presented the reasons that led to take off the Caliphate and how as that led to the pledge of allegiance.

The study reviewed the relationship between the caliph Al- Ta'eeh to Allaah and the princes of al-Buwaheen(Ezz aldawlat Bakhtiar bin Moezaldawlat, Eud adaldawlat,Fnakhsrw bin ruknaldwlt, Samsam aldawlat 'abu kalyajar almuraziban bin Eud adaldawlat, sharaf aldawlat 'abualfawaris bin eaddaldawlat , 'abunasr bin eadd aldawlatbiha' aldawlat.

The study showed that the style of the Buhayyan did not differ with the caliphate Al-Ta'eeh to Allaah compared to the previous one.

It was even worse to impose what they want from the caliphate.Where Eud adaldawlat imposedto strike Dbadab to him in times of pray and mention his name in the sermon of prayer , says Ibn al-Jawzi: these two things were not before him and did not release the covenants, nor speeches in the presence of the Sultan except him and hit the Dabadab only on his door, "in addition to the titles obtained by the Caliph and according to their desire.

The study ended with the end caliphate Al-Ta'eeh to Allaah (his removal and death) and how to take off, which was similar to the removal of the Caliph al-Mustaqafi to Allaah (333-334AH / 944-946AD), where he was stripped off in a humiliating manner by Bahaa aldawlat and then handed over to the Caliph Al- Qadir (381-422A H / 1031 AD) and remained in his home until his death (393 AH ).
