The information and communication technologies -ICT-, as key factor for technological innovation and many organizational changes, have long been the subject of many studies, including the relationship between IT and business performance.
The purpose of this paper is an analytical test of the impact of technology on SMEs and organizational aspects that result.
We will present the main results of a field survey carried out in 2015 with 59 SMEs in the region of Bejaia

Les technologies de l'information et de la communication, facteur clé de l'innovation technologique et de nombreuses évolutions organisationnelles, ont longtemps fait l’objet de nombreuses études, notamment sur la relation entre l'informatique et la performance des entreprises.
L’objectif de cette communication est un essai d’analyse de l’impact des technologies sur les PME et des aspects organisationnels qui en découlent.
Nous présenterons les principaux résultats issus d’une enquête de terrain réalisée en 2015 auprès de 59 PME de la région de Béjaia
