Questions have been raised about the concept of treaties and charters? And what is its importance? How legitimate are they? And the penalty resulting from non-fulfillment of covenants and covenants in both Islamic law and law International? ll these and other questions I saw answered in my research under the title: Fulfillment of treaties International conventions and the penalty of violation (comparative study between Islamic law and international law) Relying on a collection of references in Arabic and foreign languages, as well as some websites.

This research has been divided into five axes that cover this concept in order to clarify it: First: Definition Treaties and charters.

Second: The importance of treaties and charters.

Third: The legitimacy of treaties and charters.

Fourth: the types of treaties in Islamic law and in international law, and fifth: the penalty of breach Treaties and charters.

I made this statement a conclusion that included a set of key findings.
