Abstract EN

A fter audit of UNDP report, Broader Concepts on Human Development and its dimensions are Revealed, and the Contribution of working woman empowerment in it; ; with given her the force and information, improving her circumstance, and providing support to perform her tasks.

All that will make the work more valuable and meaning, also its upload her competence and impact.

But all that to the university professor may mean more social burdens and professional trouble at the expense of her teaching function and her scientific message, as well as her desire to hold managerial and leadership positions.

In this context, the aim of this study is to define the relation between desires of university professor to hold managerial positions and the empowerment In university.

T his study results that there is relation explain this conjugation, and it recommended to take more administrative procedures specially those that relate with structural empowerment, and encourage professor to hold managerial positions besides teaching, despite that being a kind of conflict of academic, scientific, family, and social roles in particular.
