Abstract EN

Objective: This research seeks to crystallize a specific vision for reinforcing and activating the role of new mass media for meeting the impacts of roamers that are associated with terrorism using an informative strategy counting on multi platforms across the social communication and electronic media; setting as well a conception for controlling use of these sites and initiate with protective information that depend upon the Web Mining approach either they are computers or intelligent phones (IPhone); providing as well an informatics system for monitoring roamers early before launching via the Monitor Nodes of these sites, so, correct information will be circulated from the multi-platforms system that has the ability to convey information to all crowd.

Method: The survey method is used and its concepts to form research instruments, collecting and analyse data, and selecting sample.

Sample and Population: The study is applied on a sample consisting of 400 items (50 items from experts involved in this domain, 50 females, 300 males representing audience).

All study sample individuals are Saudi, users of the social media means and the new media sites.

Instruments: A questionnaire form is built according to research aims, consisting of six main axes.

Results: The study results indicate that applying the "What’s App" approach which is used for communication across intelligent phones is the most popular used means among study sample individuals, with (always) use, followed by twitter application as the second rank communication site, then Instagram, then BlackBerry Messenger BBM in the last rank.

Regarding the Facebook comes on top as the first social media site and the most common and favourites for chatting and talking with friends.

It is shown that searching and investigating in religion and its jurisprudence in it and its rules comes in the fust position for users of the site, then sports, then the cultural heritage followed by political fields.
