Abstract EN

Objective: The objective of the current research to know some of the factors that affecting to the level of job satisfaction among faculty members at the University of Al- Jouf.

Samples The research sample consisted of 80 of faculty members at the University of Al- Jouf from seven colleges Colleges of Education, College of Humanities and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Science, community college, College oflnformation& Computer Science, College of Applied Medical Sciences, and the Preparatory year.

Methodology? Find rely the survey method to detect the level of job satisfaction among faculty members as descriptive approach a linking rely to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and some of the factors that affect it.

Tools: The search tool is a questionnaire to assess the faculty members for job satisfaction, 43 phrase.

Results: The most important results showed that job satisfaction in the psychological and social domains comes on top of degrees of job satisfaction, followed by job satisfaction for incentives and wages, and job satisfaction about the relationship with superiors and co- workers, the worst degree of job satisfaction were under the pressures of work also tend to job satisfaction average are specialists in the areas of operation, while tending crops a doctorate degree to job satisfaction high, tend who their years 10 years experience or less to job satisfaction high compared to their counterparts of the faculty members in the three variables, scientific specialty, academic degree, years experience for the faculty members.
