the global reform opted by the Ministry of Education was included as a strategic dimension to improve the quality and the yield on the Algerian education system by adopting training programs continues who supply a frame suited for training and rise of the level of the actors of the education by creating skills which take into account needs for every category to perform their functions rationally and in a responsible way.

la réforme globale optée par le Ministère de l'éducation nationale a été incluse comme une dimension stratégique pour améliorer la qualité et le rendement du système éducatif algérien en adoptant des programmes de formation continue qui fournissent un cadre approprié pour la formation et l'élévation du niveau des acteurs de l’éducation en créant des compétences qui tiennent compte des besoins de chaque catégorie pour exercer leurs fonctions rationnellement et de manière responsable.
