The budget deficit is one of the most serious crise s in which the national economy can face and face all countries of the world, especially developing countries.

The budget deficit can be considered as one of the most important axes of the state's financial activity, which is what has happened in Algeria since the crisis of low oil prices.

It is the responsibility of Algeria, after exhausting the resources of the Income Regulatory Fund, Algeria has had to resort to non-traditional sources of financing to avoid any crisis.

This has led the legislative authorities to try to modify certain articles of the Monetary and Loan Law so that they can finance their expenses thanks to the advances of the Bank of Algeria.

The question we are trying to answer in this article is: How do all the amendments to the Monetary and Lending Law help resolve the Algerian Treasury budget deficit crisis so as to ensure stability in the national economy ?
