The requirement of local financial control on the communal budget expenditures which have applied recently, undergo to laws that organize and adjust it , for ensure a good function of this preventive control which controls on the basis of the right reference of the expenditure as well as its legality and at what point in the commune is committed with the procedures to avoid the mistakes which involve additional expenditure and the poor stewardship of public funds.
