This research aims to discuss the prospects and challenges of the Gulf monetary union, through evaluation the experience of the Gulf monetary union,identify the achievements in the process of monetary integration among the member of the Gulf union, and demonstrating the challenges facing the completion of this process, and mechanisms to overcome these challenges, in order to reach the ultimate goal which is the Gulf monetary union .
