This article aims to investigate the research literature and provide définition on Financial failure of campanies, its reasons and some prediction models, the study concluded with two different modes of predicting models, Parametric such as statistical models and Non-parametric that depend on Artificial intelligence and learning machine that have high level of efficiency and accuracy due to their unique features.
