Abstract EN

The study investigated the in the indication of reference، what it is، and the reason beyond its name، and similarities and differences between it and the indication of phrase.

In addition to showing the authenticity of the text reference، as well as، the classifications of words indications according to its way to indicate meanings، and presenting a number of examples from the Holly Qur'an on the text reference، in addition to legal modals of the Jordanian law of religious trials.

Researchers have concluded that the legislator has used references in many of the articles of the Jordanian law of religious trials.

They recommend to use rules of jurisprudence in the provisions of the law of religious trials and to issue a clarifying pleading، that shows the clear source of the provisions of the law.
