Abstract EN

The study deals with the influencing means on the defendant to make him to confess, we found that there are many means which it could be used against the defendants to obtain recognition of them ,and we have found that the legislator did not put us in front of clear picture about this means ,which means it requires more legislative interventions, for the purpose of framing an integrated idea of all those means.
