Abstract EN

In this research paper, we try to present how sustainable development contributes to found communicative rules as an effective group in the company.

Communication is of a great importance as it is considered as the most important job the company does to exhibit its products, to offer services and to deal with all publics, whether domestic or outsiders, adding the plus-value that the sustainable development provides with this delicate function..

The sector of communication hasn't been given the necessary importance in the company, and yet remained for a long time an ultimate preoccupation to those responsible for different reasons, such as, impeding the will of change, especially in the mass media, the agencies and the advertisers.

So do we disregard the actual change in mentalities, in opinions, and in behaviors? These changes seem to be realistic (the increasing interest of the sector of communication) because these evolutions are based on motives of citizenship, where it is in the favor of the actors in the world of communication to comply with expectations and tendencies of society.

Just as the communication has to do a job provided that it is a centre of competence and creativity for society and its adaptation to sustainable development challenges.

Basing on what is said before; we try to acknowledge the function of communication and the contributions of the sustainable development to it
