Abstract EN

In recent years, Algerian Public expenditure has been increasing steadily, in order to raise the rate of economic growth, increase productive activities which end up creating wealth.

However, the continued dependence on Petroleum Revenue Tax to fund development led to a revisit the control and the rationalization of public expenditure policy.

More so, the negative effects of the oil price crisis starting in 2014 on the decline of the state’s financial indicators have made things worse.

From this outlook, the current research aims at highlighting and analyzing the rationalization of public expenditures in Algeria, thus to identify the adopted the proceduresfor this purpose
