Knowledge management and intellectual capital concepts won a lot of attention in management science research during the recent years.

While the literature has given these concepts the common characteristics, especially with regard to the important role in the dessemination and creation of knowledge, few studies only have addressed the relationship between these concepts.

This research seeks to demonstrate the important role that knowledge management can play in the development of the intellectual capital foundation
