الانفتاح الدلالي في مفهوم الصفة عند الأصوليين : دراسة بلاغية تحليلية

Abstract EN

In this research, I draw on the knowledge of Arabic language and ‘ilmusul al-fiqh (Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence) to explicate the concept sifa in the writing of Muslim Jurisconsults.

After a brief introduction, I lay the ground for my study by explaining the title’s juxtaposition of jurisprudential and linguistic terms.

The core of this research relies on the concept of the description of an utterance when it is spoken, its understood meaning is the opposte.

I then trace nine linguistic concepts related to that of Sifa in the writing of Muslim jurisconsults: ishtiqaq (etymology/morphological derivation), ta’rif (definiteness), tankir (indefiniteness), zarf (circumstantial adjuncts), istithna’ (the accusative exceptive), hasr (the exclusive), shart (conditionality), ‘illah (linguistic cause), hal (the resultative), and laqab (epithet).

Finally, I draw some conclusions.
