Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the impact of Organizational Trust with its dimensions (Confidence in information, administrative policy Trust, organizational values Trust, Openness, Concern for employees)in the practice of innovative behavior on employees working in Mu’tah University.

The study population consisted of (715) employees working on Mu’tah University.

To achieve the objectives this study ,a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (254) subjects, the study has reached the following results: The Organizational Trust shows medium degree with average (3.04) and the practice of innovative behavior shows medium degree with average (3.43).

There is a significant impact at the level of significance(0.05 ≥ α) of the independent variable (Organizational Trust)with its dimensions Partially, in the dependent variable (practice of innovative behavior) on employees working in Mu’tah University.

There is a significant impact at the level of significance(0.05 ≥ α) of Organizational Trust with its dimensions (administrative policy Trust, Openness) in practice of innovative behavior) on employees working in Mu’tah University.

There is no a significant impact at the level of significance(0.05 ≥ α) of Organizational Trust with its dimensions (Confidence in information, organizational values Trust, Concern for employees) in practice of innovative behavior on employees working in Mu’tah University.

The study recommends the following: The need to enhance the level of participation of workers in decision-making, Conduct periodic studies and opinion polls to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the administrative policies at the university because of their importance in the promotion of Organizational Trust and the need to focus on the humanitarian aspect of the workers, and the provision of material and moral incentives for creative workers, because of their impact in the development of creative behavior.
