Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the role of school management in motivating the local community toward partnership relation with public secondary schools at Irbid governorate.

To achieve the study goals, the researcher developed a questionnaire that consisted of (38) items distributed into four domains: educational, Participating with public service and activates, Participating with research and scientific studies and participating with private sectors.

The sample of the study consisted of (720) teachers; (210) female and (510) male teachers, distributed into seven education directorates.

The results of the study showed the role of school management in motivating the local community toward partnership relation came with an average degree.

There was statistical significant differences due to gender variable at all domains in favor of females.

There were no statistical significant difference due to years of experiences and academic qualification variable at all domains except educational domain in favor of bachelor holders.
