This research paper discusses the legitimate practices for treating the risks of the 'by –SALAM' finance in the Islamic banks tackling the reality of such risks as well as their types.

Moreover, the paper takes into consideration scholar's points of view toward this issue discussing their evidence and giving preference to the most acceptable one.
