The purpose of this scientific study is to know physical education teachers and sports attitudes toward the sport coaching profession through several variables of training stage, academic qualifications, age, field experience, training courses, practice one of the activities.

Using the researchers' descriptive approach to the relevance of the nature of the subject to a deliberate sample it is estimated that 50 teachers applied physical education teachers attitudes towards the profession scale composed of 50 words spread over 04 axes and we have attained that of the most important professor of physical education and sport properties configured positive attitudes towards his profession and his players.

And his scientific knowledge and his passion and passion for the sport coaching profession, which leads him to deepen and develop his cognitive and physical abilities.
