Abstract EN

The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship of blind spots effect (implicit bias, bias in decision making and bias in self-assessment) and Functional Derailment through (personal relationship problems, difficulty of team leadership, difficulty of change or adaptation, failure to achieve goals and narrow career orientation).

The methodology: of the study identified the problem of research in several questions focused on the nature of the relationship of influence between the variables of the study, and for this to develop a hypothesis for the study reflects three of the main hypotheses, and in order to confirm the validity of the hypotheses were subjected to multiple tests to ascertain the validity.

The survey used the questionnaire to obtain data.

Study Method: The study used the descriptive analytical approach as a method of study.

The sample was used as a sample to evaluate the variables of the study according to their paragraphs.

They were (99) people and they represent about (24%) of the population (420).

The data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods (descriptive analysis, Global, coefficient of influence and determinants) and results were extracted using the (SMART PLS) software.

The results of the research reach a set of conclusions, including that the exercise of managers and prejudices and lack of access to adequate information reflected negatively on the lack of access to the expected accomplishment and thus make the company inspected lost a lot of opportunities.
