The scientific investigation is so important in the development of society and its progress in many aspects like economy and politics and even the psychological and social sides, for different categories of society whatever they are : normal or abnormal.

Our aim is to know the contribution of the scientific research in the resolving problems which faces individuals with handicaps who are invested in institutions which take care of them.

By answering the following question : Does the scientific investigation contribute to the resolution of problems of abnormal people handicaps (Mental disorder and physically handicapped)?
