The research objectives were: 1-Prepare exercises to develop speed and carry the performance of football halls.

2-Identify the differences between the tribal and remote tests of the sample under study.

The most important conclusions: The use of overlapping exercises used in the study have a positive impact in the development of the level of speed to bear the performance of skills.

The researchers stressed: Emphasis on the use of overlapping exercises and composite in the training modules, especially the development of speed and performance of skill.
