Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic planning on the efficiency of administrative performance.

The main study hypothesis assumed the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between strategic planning and the efficiency of administrative performance in the Sudanese Ministry of Labor and Managerial Reform.

The study adopted the descriptive and analytical method while using primary and secondary sources of data.

To handle its qualitative aspects, the study depended on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection ; whereas the questionnaires had been designed and distributed to a selected sample of (90) employees in Ministry of Labor and Managerial Reform.

The study main findings indicated the existence of a clear vision for the Sudanese Ministry of Labor and Managerial Reform.

The study calls for the provision of conducive work environment in order to implement the strategic plans.
