The main aim of this search to evaluation the performance in the university library, by use one of the famous simple to evaluation in this time, called (E.F.Q.M)European fantastic quality management, this simple divided the evaluation to main part: first one is infrastructure and second is produce and this tow parts divid to many parts in the end all tis sub divid point total equal (1000) point.

The researchers use the check list for evaluation by give (3,2,1,) measuring weights .

The researchers use case study methodology, and many tools like interview, observatory, and literature, in the end of search we find: the age of the librarian in level of productive category and the duration of employment of librarian in level effective years work, and the main one is the library recognized for excellence level
