Abstract EN

Afield experiment was conducted to determine the response of maize (Zeamays L.)to spraying of potassum and zinc in during autumn season 2016.Random Complet Block Designwas used in this study with three replications.

Spraying four concentrations of potassium (0,500,1000,2000) mgK.L-¹ as potassium sulfate and four concentrations of zinc (0,75,150,225) mg Zn.L-¹ as zinc sulfate .

The result showed that the suitable Kspraying treatment was 2000 mg K.l-¹ which caused significant differences in chlorophyll index ,Kconcentration and Zn-concentration as compared with control .

Using Zn-spraying treatment 150mg Zn.L-¹ caused significant differences in chlorophyll index and K- concentration, While 225mgZn.L-¹ caused significant differences in Zn-concentration.The interaction between potassium and zinc K2000 * Zn150 was significant effect in traits parameters of chlorophyll index and (K)concentration compared with control treatment, use (K) decresed high level of (Zn) monitor form.
