Al-Qassim region is the home of some forty-five food and food-processing industrial establishments producing, this study covers only thirty-eight industrial establishments which have 3015 production workers in 2013.

This study aims to analyze the present spatial distribution pattern of these establishments and highlighting the obstacles facing the food industrial, and specifying its investing horizons and capabilities in Al-Qassim region.

The analysis revealed that the general distribution pattern of the food-processing industrial establishments in Al-Qassim region is basically disaggregate.

Substantial degrees of geographic association were found to differ in the main cities of Al-Qassim region, and the degree of areal concentration exhibits clear variations with the type of establishment.

There are some obstacles facing the food industrial in Al-Qassim region such; shortage in raw material, labor and marketing
