The study concerns about dissecting the primary programmir requirements and factors affecting and affected by planning residenti; sites based on a systematic perspective seeks to give a gener; description of which confirms the overlap between the issues ar elements of the programming process for the residential planning site In the forefront, the study outlines the problems goals, the data, ar methodology, which was built on a descriptive analytical method.

The is followed by a discussion and analysis of natural ingredient components of urban services, infrastructures, movement crossing aesthetic standards, economic components, components of populatic and users preferences.

The study comes to several conclusions ar recommendations of the most prominent: the emphasis on the study ( all the elements, factors affecting the development, enacting standarc to quality control, specifications and working out computer progran to help in choosing the best alternative.
