Abstract EN

This paper aims to prove the concreteness of the only novel written by Emily Bronte, Wuthering Heights.

It discusses the historical background of the age as well as the problems that were common through the multiplicity of themes, the personal theme of love and revenge.

The love of Heathcliff and Catherine dominates the novel.

It is an uncommon passion, almost spiritual in its intensity, and its triumphs eventually after the death of Catherine and Heathcliff.

Hence it tackles with the themes of the novel and its concreteness
