Abstract EN

The study aims to shed light on the period of empowerment through the initiatives, plans, and strategies that have been launched during the reign of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed.

The study will explore the mindset and undertakings of Sheikh Khalifa in discharging the duties of ruling the federal state, putting more emphasis on the political, administrative, and developmental progress made during his reign.

The study concluded with a number of results; the most important of these results indicate that the federal state is achieving progress in all aspects through the initiatives, plans, and strategies which contributed to strengthening the evolution of the federal union and creating a good citizen who is capable of actively contributing to all walks of life in the federal state.
