Judicial review is the archetypal way of controlling the acts of the independent administrative authorities, which aims at the external and internal legality exercised by the administrative judge according to the organic criterion, taking into account the exceptions enacted by the legislator in favor of the judicial judge.
Secondly, to approach liability control based on the aid of gross negligence that belongs mainly to the administrative courts.

Le contrôle juridictionnel est le mode archétype pour contrôler les actes des autorités administratives indépendantes, qui vise la légalité externe et interne exercé par le juge administratif selon le critère organique, en tenant en compte les exceptions édictés par le législateur en faveur du juge judiciaire.
En second lieu en a aborder le contrôle de responsabilité fonder sur l’aidé de la faute lourde qui appartient principalement aux tribunaux administratifs.
