The aim of this study is to give an idea of the financial accounting applied to the Regency of Algiers and Tunis in the Ottoman period and the degree of adherence to the rules of Islamic accounting and compare them with modern accounting.
Examples were provided for recording in the financial or fiscal records that are kept in the archives.
Today the researcher can accept them since they give a real picture over the period they represent example: taxes, prices, etc.

Cette études a pour objectif de donner une idée sur la comptabilité financière appliquée à la Régence d’Alger et de Tunis à l’époque ottomane et le degré de d'adhésion au règles de la comptabilité islamique, et les comparer avec la comptabilité moderne.
On a fourni des exemples à l'enregistrement dans les registres financiers ou fiscaux qui sont conservés aux archives.
Aujourd'hui le chercheur peut les agréer puisque ils donnent une image réelle sur la période qu'ils représentent exemple: les impôts, les prix,...etc.
