Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to recognize the reality of the implementation of environmental projects and its role in achieving sustainable development in Algeria, by the study of the project "The White Algeria", as a comparison with the project of "my cities is my environment" in Dubai.
The study depended on the descriptive and analytical and comparative approaches .It reached a number of results, including: signinficant weakness in environmental projects that have positive impact on sustainable development in Algeria, compared to Dubai project .
The study also recommended following the successful experience of Dubai in this area.

Cette étude visait à identifier la réalité des projets environnementaux et leur rôle dans la réalisation du développement durable en Algérie à travers l'étude du projet «L'Algérie blanche», par rapport au projet «Ma ville et mon environnement» dans l'Emirat de Dubaï.
L'étude s'est appuyée sur deux méthodes : descriptive analytique et comparative.
L'étude a atteint un certain nombre de résultats dont les plus importants sont: une faiblesse marquée dans l'incarnation des projets environnementaux et son impact sur la réalisation du développement durable en Algérie, par rapport au projet de Dubaï.
L'étude a également recommandé la nécessité de suivre l'expérience réussie de Dubaï dans ce domaine.
