Improving the output of higher education is one of the major goals of universities and research centers in various countries around the world.
And the identification of the factors contributing to this; are extremely important.
The scientific production of the University professor is among these outputs.
The aim of this study has come Exploratory to identify the most important organizational factors or determinants, which would have a negative or positive impact on the level and quality of the scientific production of the Algerian university professor, by surveying the views of a sample of professors setif universities 1 and 2 professors.
