This study aims to identify contemporary trends in teacher preparation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the justification for working on finding new programs that the program graduates can provide in the service of the labor market, national development plans and scientific research.

He then drew up a proposed strategy to develop the mathematics parameter in the light of contemporary trends in the 21st century.

The study followed the analytical descriptive methodology of teacher preparation programs in begining preparation for the development of a proposed program in the light of the theoretical framework, studies and past experiences and the current reality of preparing the teacher in Saudi Arabia and taking advantage of contemporary trends in drawing up the proposed strategy.

In order to achieve the study objectives , the importance of teacher preparation and the presentation of previous studies and experiments in the field, analysis of the current program for the preparation of the mathematics teacher at Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University in the Faculty of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in terms of aspects of quantitative and qualitative preparation - the strategic plan of the College - ,Contemporary trends In the preparation of the teacher, and then partnership with the stakeholders as the foundations of the program, and in light of those aspects, the study presented a vision of a proposed strategy to develop the preparation of mathematics teacher at Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University - College of Education for girls in Dalm - in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia included the following areas: 1.

The most important concerns in the field of teacher preparation, the features of historical development, and trends in research.

2.

The theoretical or philosophical framework and the previous studies on which teacher preparation is based.

3.

What the program provides to the targeted community for the job market.

4.

The reality of teacher preparation programs and justifications for working on creating new programs - Faculty of Education for Girls in the Department of Mathematics is a model 5.

Initiatives and projects proposed to achieve the objectives.

6.

Global trends in teacher preparation programs.

7.

Partnership with those concerned with the community as the foundations / components of the program.
